What are configurations, and how to I set them up?

When you’re setting up the approvals process in Ultra HR, configurations allow you to connect the people making the requests, to the person approving them.  

To configure the approvals process for a particular module: 

  1. Go to Settings > Approval Management  
  1. Select the module you want to configure 
  1. Click on the View Configurations   
  1. At the top of the screen, click Add 
  1. Add a name for the configuration e.g., Finance Team, HR  
  1. You can now add those people who will be approving requests and who they can approve the requests of
