Any additional time worked over your contracted hours can be recorded and compensated in line with your company’s overtime policy. This is usually compensated as paid time or time off in lieu. In Ultra HR, overtime can also be submitted as part of the Make-Up Time feature, where a teammate owes time to the company.
Overtime can be submitted by:
- A teammate/employee directly
- A manager (on behalf of someone they manage)
