How do I complete a review?

When a review has been held, you can complete it within Ultra HR so that there is a record. 

  1. Access the review you need to add the document to. You can do this by accessing the reviews section or via
  2. Select the teammate and the relevant review
  3. At the bottom of the review details, you’ll have the option to Complete. Once this is done, the review details can no longer be changed (except for the publishing of attached documents)
  4. Ultra HR will check to see if the teammate has any other outstanding reviews that are either pending, booked or scheduled. If there aren’t any, it will create a new review with the status of scheduled in line with your company policy
