Changing a review that has already been booked

If you need to change the details on a review that has already been booked then you can do this by: 

  1. Find the review that you want to edit. You can do this by going to the Reviews section or via https://app.ultrahr.com/performance/reviews
  2. Select the relevant teammate and the review you want to change
  3. You will have the review to Edit, Cancel or complete
  4. Make the necessary changes. If you change the date, time or location a notification will be sent to all those invited to the review, asking them to re-confirm their attendance
  5. If someone is unable to attend the new date or time, then they will be asked for a reason why they are cancelling
  6. Once the reason is entered, the review will be marked as cancelled
