Say goodbye to the hassle of manually updating your calendar with holiday requests. With Ultra HR’s Office 365 calendar integration, your approved time-off requests will automatically populate your calendar, ensuring you and your team are always aware of who’s on annual leave and when.
Never miss another overtime shift. When you log overtime hours in Ultra HR, they will be automatically added to your calendar, helping you keep track of your work commitments.
Your career development is essential, and now it’s easier to stay on top of your performance reviews. Performance review dates will be synced to your calendar, allowing you to prepare and participate in discussions that matter for your growth within the company.
Enabling the Office 365 Calendar Integration
Activating the Office 365 Calendar integration is very simple.
- Log into your Ultra HR account and select Marketplace on the navigation bar.
- In the Applications section, choose 365 Calendar Microsoft and review the integration overview, which will appear on the right-hand side. At the bottom of the description, select Activate to enable the integration.
- Select the Microsoft account associated with the Outlook calendar you wish to integrate with Ultra HR.
- Once the integration is enabled, you will be redirected back to the Ultra HR Marketplace interface, where you will now see a Deactivate button. You can deactivate the integration at any time.
