External maintenance company, Ground Control, has been announced as a new sponsor for Stortford Heroes: Party in the Park. The free music festival, organised by ITVET, the parent company of Ultra HR, takes place on Saturday 16th July at Sworder’s Field, Bishop’s Stortford.
HSQE Director of Ground Control, Angelina Sooren, said: “Party in the Park is a huge event for Bishop’s Stortford and it’s a privilege to be a part of it. After experiencing many lockdowns, I can’t wait to see everyone out and about and having fun again! It’s also a good way to give back to our community and say thanks to the heroes who have supported us over the last two years.”
Party in the Park is a fun day out to celebrate local heroes who go above and beyond to support the community. It’s completely community-driven and relies on the support and generosity of local businesses and volunteers. Ground Control joins Intercounty, Jackson Square, Enable FLP, Tiptree, and a host of other sponsors to generously donate to the event.
Daryl Fuller, CEO of ITVET, said: “A massive thank you to Ground Control for their generous contribution to Party in the Park. We couldn’t organise this event and treat our heroes without the help and support of our local business community.”
Ground Control is an external maintenance company and biodiversity expert covering the whole of the UK. They provide a range of services managing land for nature’s recovery. They’re a fully carbon-neutral company with 5% of their profits going to environmental initiatives each year.
